Our comrades, The Strawmen are putting out a 7" on their own Foul & Fair Records and we're playing their release party.

The paramount club, Friday June 12th, +19, $7 at the door.

The Strawmen, The Mean and Pervert....will make for the best thing to do the whole month of june.

In the audio section, you'll find the CD we recorded in '04 and released at christmas time that year, I think we put 2005 on the back cover. The audio quality is on the poor side, if I can find a copy on CD, I'll re-encode it and put it up in 320. Like most people, or unlike, I'm not sure, I don't keep copies of things we've recorded and I really don't listen to it once it's done. I'm sure one of us has a real copy.

This was a disaster of a project for reasons I'm not gonna go on about. It was recorded at Creative Sound studios and "repaired" by Nathan Jones at the studio he worked at, I can't recall the name right now.

I put up a demo we had done for the album we're planning on doing in the near future. We' recorded 8 or 9 songs that day with Marco Rocca from the nuclear, this one turned out ok. I used youtube to host it, since I have no clue how to embed audio, it does the trick. Click on the audio link above.

I think we'll try and keep things simple here, no graffiti looking fonts or whatever is the modern equivalent to webdings. I always thought that a font named trebuchet would look much better than it does.

Hopefully over the next week or so, we'll have some stuff here, at least some audio or something...if I can track down the 2003 recording we did with the Test Tone Channel guys I'll put it up.

So, as you can see in the previous post, marc has left the group. The good news is, we have a new guy on the drum kit.

Fred Hetu has taken over on drums. We've been practicing with Fred for about 5 weeks and it's going well. I suspect we'll be playing a few shows in the near future to break the new guy in...details will be posted when they are confirmed.
